Affiliate Summit East is right around the corner

I am so excited to attend my 3rd Affiliate Summit.  Affiliate Summit is the must attend event to network and learn for every level of affiliates.  Affiliate marketing is all about relationships.  While you can learn a lot by sitting at your desk, there are so much more you can learn by actually interacting with others in the industry face to face.  The experience is definitely priceless.

If you want to mingle after hours, here are a few of the great events that are going on.  Some are invite only, so if you want to attend, make sure to contact the host to get yourself on the list.

Affiliate Summit East ticket is now officially sold out.  However, Affiliate Summit is double-checking their attendee list for any duplicate registrations and additional registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis via registration page.  So, if you do not have your ticket, make sure to keep checking and make sure to register early for the next Affiliate Summit!!

10 things to do before affiliate summit are

1. Get your business cards ready
2. Schedule meetings ahead of time to maximize your time
3. Go through the agenda and decide which ones to attend
4. Learn about the speakers ahead of time, so you won’t miss opportunities to ask productive questions
5. Join the Affiliate Summit Social Network
6. Check out who is exhibiting and come up with a few goals to accomplish
7. RSVP to any parties you plan on attending.
8. Don’t forget to pack your camera/flip etc.  I plan on doing lots of interviews to share
9. Advertising Tax is one of the biggest issue for all affiliate marketing related people. Make sure to visit Affiliate Voice News often to keep up with the current updates.
10. Lastly, if you have not booked your transportation/hotels yet, make sure to get in early and stay in the hotel where the summit is being held or one that is close.
